Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when users may be eligible for a refund for services or subscription payments made inside the Prabha Ads app.

1. Eligible Refund Cases

A refund may be considered in the following cases:

  • You were charged due to a technical error
  • You subscribed to a service but it did not activate
  • Duplicate payments due to payment gateway issues
  • Services not delivered as promised due to technical failure
  • All refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not provided in the following situations:

  • User decision change after service activation
  • Poor performance of ads (depends on multiple external factors)
  • Incomplete usage of purchased plans
  • Violations of Terms & Conditions
  • Wrong data submitted by user during campaign creation

3. Refund Process

  • Email your request to media@proactiveprabha.com
  • Include payment proof, transaction ID, and issue details
  • Our team will review and respond within 5–7 working days
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 days.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel subscriptions anytime from the app
  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund previous payments
