This Refund Policy explains when users may be eligible for a refund for services or subscription payments made inside the Prabha Ads app.
1. Eligible Refund Cases
A refund may be considered in the following cases:
- You were charged due to a technical error
- You subscribed to a service but it did not activate
- Duplicate payments due to payment gateway issues
- Services not delivered as promised due to technical failure
- All refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not provided in the following situations:
- User decision change after service activation
- Poor performance of ads (depends on multiple external factors)
- Incomplete usage of purchased plans
- Violations of Terms & Conditions
- Wrong data submitted by user during campaign creation
3. Refund Process
- Email your request to media@proactiveprabha.com
- Include payment proof, transaction ID, and issue details
- Our team will review and respond within 5–7 working days
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 days.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Users may cancel subscriptions anytime from the app
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund previous payments
